New Year's Eve Hawaiian Escape

Cassia’s Executive Chef Bryant Ng and Executive Sous Chef Johanna Luat have crafted a New Year’s Eve menu celebrating the rich connections between Hawaii’s native culture and 19th-century Cantonese settlers. Rooted in their own heritage, the menu highlights share flavors of the Pacific. Dishes include Razor Clams with Black Bean Sauce, Kalua Pork Belly with Cassia Mac Salad, and Taro Leaf Dip with Clay-Oven Bread. Tickets are $95 per person, with optional add-ons such as caviar, specialty cocktails or an “Island Wine” pairing.
